That’s why we’ve teamed up with consultant nutritionist and registered dietician, Azmina Govindji BSc SRD to bring you this motivational podcast full of helpful hints and techniques on how best to stay on track. Azmina Govindji is a regular contributor to numerous magazines, newspapers, TV and radio programmes. She is the author of 12 books, including Healthy Eating for Diabetes with Antony Worrall Thompson, Weight Watchers Millennium Cookbook, and The Gi Plan, with behavioural expert Nina Puddefoot. Azmina now runs her own practice providing dietetic consultancy to the food industry, healthcare professionals and the media.
